Practice First SEO is run by me, Griffin Hannan. Here is who is behind the work, why I started this, and why I am picky about who I take on.
For the past year I ran the entire SEO and content operation for one local practice. When I started, they were nearly invisible online. No fresh content, buried on page two, watching competitors get the calls that should have been theirs.
So I built the whole thing. I optimized their existing site, stood up a real content engine, and kept it fed week after week with a steady stream of blog posts and local specialty pages, plus a measurement system to prove every bit of it. Over that year the work drove more than $100,000 in new revenue, 25+ new clients, and triple the inquiries, with a return of roughly six dollars for every one spent.
Somewhere in that year it clicked. This exact system would work for so many other practices, the good ones, the owners who genuinely care about the people they serve and just never had the time or the right person to get found. That is why Practice First SEO exists. Not to chase volume, but to do this same high-quality work for a small number of practices that deserve to be found.
